Population with a high burden of care
The percentage shows the share of the population aged 16 and over who have a high burden of care. It means that they need to spend at least 20 hours per week to assist or care for another member of the household.

In the Estonian National Strategy on Sustainable Development, red leaves show that the indicator value is deteriorating or lacks direction and is below the latest available European Union average value.
