Satisfaction with condition of dwelling
Satisfaction with the condition of dwelling is a combined indicator based on the information on the number of rooms in the dwelling, technical condition of the dwelling (whether the roof is leaking; whether the walls, floor or foundation are damp; whether it is too dark in the dwelling; whether the noise level is high) and crime and pollution in the vicinity of the dwelling. The value of the combined indicator may range from 0 (not satisfied) to 100 (completely satisfied).
In the Estonian National Strategy on Sustainable Development, red leaves show that the indicator value is deteriorating and is below the latest available European Union average value.
