The Worldwide Governance Indicators are compiled by the World Bank taking into account government effectiveness, regulatory quality, freedom of expression, participation in elections, freedom of association, free media and so on. The Worldwide Governance Indicators are available for over 200 countries. Each indicator is rated from –2.5 (weak) to 2.5 (strong).
