- all people in the world should be treated as equals;
- diverse opinions must be heard; helping the people around you is important;
- one must take other people's views into account and find compromises.

In “Estonia 2035” and Government Action Plan, red leaves indicate that the indicator value is deteriorating or lacks direction and the desired result has not been achieved.
