Persistent at-risk-of-poverty rate
It shows the share of the population whose equivalised disposable income was below the at-risk-of-poverty threshold for the given year and at least two out of the preceding three years. The at-risk-of-poverty threshold is 60%.
The indicator is also a measure of performance in the ”Estonia 2035“ development strategy and the Estonian National Strategy on Sustainable Development.
